Any individual appearing excessively intoxicated, aggressive, unsafe, or medically compromised may be denied entry or removed for safety reasons.
6. Media Release
By attending a Festival Frequencies event or participating in our Services, you grant Festival Frequencies and its affiliates the irrevocable right to photograph, record, livestream, film, and otherwise capture your likeness, voice, image, appearance, performance, and participation.
