Our Commitment to the Community
At Festival Frequencies, we curate apparel, accessories, festival essentials, art, and branded merchandise designed to elevate your experience both on and off the dancefloor. We work hard to deliver products that arrive accurately, safely, and in excellent condition.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Return Eligibility
We accept eligible returns on select physical merchandise within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must include original tags, packaging, and accessories
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
- Returns must be requested before the return window expires
Festival Frequencies reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or misuse.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, limited-edition, and event-related reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Festival tickets or event passes
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Limited edition drops
- Custom or made-to-order merchandise
- Intimates or personal-use items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Opened consumable products
Any item marked “Final Sale” at checkout is not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
Need a different size or replacement item? We understand festival prep can be everything.
Eligible exchanges may be available depending on inventory availability. If your requested item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered at our discretion.
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to secure exchange inventory.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, Festival Frequencies may provide:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A partial refund
- A full refund
Solutions are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval status.
Approved refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item arrived damaged
- The product is confirmed defective
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. Festival Frequencies is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once an order enters processing or shipment status, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
Due to the fast-moving nature of festival merchandise drops and event preparation timelines, fulfillment may begin quickly after purchase.
Event Tickets & Experiences
All event ticket sales, deposits, memberships, and experience-based purchases are generally final unless otherwise stated for a specific event.
If an event is canceled by Festival Frequencies, customers may receive:
- A refund
- Event credit
- Transfer options
- Rescheduled admission
This will be determined based on the nature of the event and applicable laws.
Festival Frequencies is not responsible for personal scheduling conflicts, travel expenses, weather conditions, artist lineup changes, or other circumstances outside our control.
Fraud Prevention & Abuse
To protect our community, Festival Frequencies reserves the right to:
- Refuse suspicious return requests
- Limit excessive returns
- Cancel fraudulent orders
- Deny service to accounts abusing refund policies
We believe in fairness — both for our customers and for the artists, creators, and teams behind every experience.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for:

- Import taxes
- Duties
- Additional shipping costs
International shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
